Ordering
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Santa Sofia Ltd cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
Exchange
We are only able to offer an exchange for coffee equipment, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or refund for coffee as it is a food grade product that is roasted to order. If you are unsure about which coffee to choose to suit your requirements then please see our blog and guides for information or get in touch with us at hello@santasofia.co.uk Items you wish to exchange must be returned to us within 7 days in original un-opened packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials, manuals blank warranty cards and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer. Items must be delivered back to our office at 1 Brayton Approach, Leeds, LS14 5AZ during our hours of business, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (or by appointment).
If you are using a third party to return your package, we strongly recommend that you fully insure it. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. Santa Sofia will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
All shipping back to Santa Sofia is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund you any postal/delivery cost you may have incurred.
Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense.
Non-Returnable
For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for used products (this does not apply to faulty goods – faulty products will be exchanged like for like)
Incorrect/Damaged Goods
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. Please ensure you are happy with the products upon collection. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with any product(s), please let us know upon collection, and we’ll happy replace or refund the item(s).
Delivery service
We offer a delivery service using the 48hr Hermes tracked service, usually orders placed before midnight will be shipped the next day, excluding weekends – during the Covid pandemic, lead times could be up to 5 working days due to higher volumes of orders.
We will contact you, via the email you provided when ordering, to keep you updated on the progress of your order.
Export restrictions
We are not operating with countries outside United Kingdom.
Privacy Notice
This policy covers all users who register to use the website. It is not necessary to purchase anything in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site.
